VCAD Delivers a fast, accurate and intuitive means to perform both call-taking and dispatching functions. Color coded icons display the types and status of police units, fire apparatus and EMS vehicles.

VCAD's Recommended Unit feature assists dispatchers to assure the proper response to a call-for-service.
